Healthy habits prepare the soil for happiness. Only when we are nourished and well-rested, can we feel happy and pursue goals that make us happy.
I am sharing my ideas and tips on eating, drinking, sleeping and moving. While I (and probably you as well) have a fairly good understanding of what healthy might constitute, it is not that easy to get there. I share my struggles as well as what I think healthy habits look like.
