The Exploring Happiness podcast is back with a second season, starting with the Exploring Happiness Framework. I developed the framework after extensive research. The six pillars, Mindset, Health, Connections, Resources, Dreams and Letting Go, are based on what I identified as happy or unhappy makers. These are the levers and buttons we can use to improve our happiness.
I introduce the Exploring Happiness Framework and its six pillars in this episode. I also point to tips and tricks, mainly via my social media channels, to apply the framework and get happy consistently. The following six episodes are dedicated to each of the six pillars.
The Exploring Happiness Framework aims to increase long-term happiness and be consistently happier. It is a strategy to tackle your emotions, mental and emotional state and attitude towards a more joyful life. Nobody is ever always happy, but everyone can be happy in general. We can all learn how to embrace life’s challenges and have as many positive moments as possible without denying the negative ones!
